September 25th– Transplant day (I’ll be admitted for around 5-6 days)

It’s a littler later than we were expecting but I did find out my donor is international. I don’t know where she’s from but am amazed at the thought. I’m admittedly anxious with the timing and logistics. I would love your prayer support as we move closer to transplant day.

There is s critical need for blood donors right now. Especially if you are type O. For reference, when my transplant graft was failing I needed roughly 8-10 (I lost count) blood transfusions to stabilize me from the December-March. There’s always the possibility I’ll need another transfusion this fall during transplant. If you are able, please consider donating.
